The Congregational Leadership Team
The four Sisters elected to the Congregational Leadership Team serve with equally shared leadership and authority in order to assure collegiality, a diversity of gifts, and a variety of viewpoints in planning and decision making. Congregational government unites the members in keeping the life and ministry of the congregation contemporary as well as faithful to the spirit of the gospel and of our founder.
Team members Sisters Francine Costello, Susan Hames, Catherine McNamee and Laura Bufano, open the 175th celebration in July 2011 at Carondelet in St. Louis by welcoming all to the celebration.
