Today, taking our inspiration from the 2007 Congregational Chapter, we Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, are filled with an urgency to respond to the ills and groanings of a disconnected world.

In collaboration with others, we work to protect and restore Earth's healthy living systems; to act with justice and to alleviate the sufferings of people, especially the poor; to live the gospel of Jesus, to strengthen our unity with the Church and to deepen our quality of life together among ourselves.

Our engagement with the Earth, with others, with the Church, and with each other strengthens the communion we share and allows us to participate in the Mystery of Transformation.
