Nourishing Spirit and Inspiring Social Action

We are a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. Rooted in the Catholic, Christian faith, we welcome people from all spiritual traditions. We offer young adults 20-35 years old an opportunity to integrate their education, values, spirituality, and work in the context of community, and explore how their gifts, talents, and skills can meet the world's needs. St. Joseph Workers Serve Dear Neighbor

The St. Joseph Worker Program is a one year volunteer experience for women who are passionate about social change. St. Joseph Workers (SJWs) commit to a year of service during which they delve into the core values of justice, leadership, spirituality, and living in an intentional community.
